Dear Elena and the Client Support Staff!
Though I never managed to make my wonderful Ulkrainian Flowergirl mine, I
have to say thanks to You and the rest of the A-Russian-Bride-Agency staff.
During all the months I was in correspondence with the lady, I from time to
time had to ask You for advice concerning different matters.
This was the first time I ever used internet and an agency to get in contact
with a lady.
You always have been very kind and helpful to me and You always treated me
in a way that made me feel that my different questions were of great
importance even to You.
I have never felt that I disturbed You, but that You always have taken Your

Dear Elena,
Thanks for your newsletters, they are very informative.
We who live in a country with a warmer climate and different times of celebrations have no idea what dates people in Russia celebrate their holidays, etc., until they are informed from someone like you who is prepared to take the time to inform us.
I met a beautiful Russian lady through A Russian Bride and we have fallen very much in love after spending several weeks together in Russia and another country.
After all the paper work we finally have an interview with the Embassy and my fiancée has to go for a medical examination that is
necessary for emigration. We do not envisage any problems and we will be married early this year.
There is a little bit of paper work to perform and this time you will both have to be patient with each other and believe that you can do it. I am very pleased that both of us preserved and now we can see it will all eventuate.
I believe if you always live a good life when you get very old you can look back and live your life again without it haunting you and I have found someone who is like-minded.
If you are a Moslem, marry only a Moslem as there has been too many killing for the sake of Religion, and if you are a Mormon marry a Mormon as there has been a large number of cases where if you do not change to there religion, they in the main will leave you in a couple of years or so for the sake of religion.
If you are a Christian then pray to God that he leads you to a person that suits your personality.
My fiancée Elena and I have talked for hours setting out what we required of each other and also included this with our papers to the Embassy. What I thought may have been a hard job turned out to be fairly easy. It's amazing how love can make things easier.
One thing I would suggest to all your Beautiful Ladies is that that don't make there E-mails too long initially and try to be only positive and above all be honest. Keep the negatives to yourself until you get to know the person better. Make your own mistakes together and make your own rules together and set boundaries without losing your principals. Matters of taste are not as important as your good name.
If all the girls selected on this site are as lovely and as happy as my fiancée and there is no reason they cannot be, there are
some very lucky men who God is going to Bless.

Please share with anybody and everybody!
In between fights with Amerikanskee Zhenshina (American Woman) summer 2000, I discovered your website. Ten months later I have just returned from Minsk, Belarus.
It is important to go over and meet many women, like business sadly, only because the women won't turn out like you think by their profiles and you won't turn out as they wish. I met with seven and one was very wonderful. She has an eleven year old daughter who speaks some English and brought the daughter to our meeting to translate.
When I met Mother and Doch, they laughed and giggled together for sometime before I could get them, by motioning to follow me across the street to an ice-cream cafe. They continued to talk in Russian and laugh and giggle. I was quite turned on by the amusement they found in me. The daughter was able to translate, somewhat, and we talked and had ice cream. We then walked over to a park around the Svisloch River near the "oldtown". I convinced them to let me rent a boat (lodka) and we rowed around the river for a while.
The next day, mother and daughter wished to take me for a drive in the country; mom had a car!!! It was a wonderful time, so my lady set up our next date the next day with a translator: time to get down to some serious question asking. With the translator, I spoke some Russian at the start, and she asked me to speak English so she could understand me. I better keep studying my Russkie.
By week’s end Mother and daughter adored me and I adored them as well. They accompanied me to my flight from the airport, and I told them I would return for another Sweedanyeh (rendevouz) in a few months.
The Russian women aren't lucky if we pick them. We are lucky if they pick us. I met with more than I thought I would have to, and now I know I was very lucky in meeting seven women to have found one that I could strike it up with so well.
I am ruined. If this doesn't work with the Belorussian woman I met, it will only mean pursuing other Russian women. But, I could never think of the possibility of another Amerikanskee zhenshina again. The women there are so wonderful, friendly, hardworking, beautiful, slender etc.etc etc.
When the time comes that I have a Russian wife in this country I will surely be the luckiest man in America. Horace Greely was wrong when he said "go west young man". He should have said go East!!! The Beatles were right however, "back in the Us, back in the US, back in the USSR!!!"

I found your site by chance when being curios about internet dating sites and in a moment off intense curiosity found a picture of a lady who appealed immensely to me. I joined the organisation and phoned her and followed up with a letter.
I should explain that I had been to Russia and worked in Moscow on a series of short business trips. I had discovered that there is nothing difficult in visiting Russia or the eastern Europe countries.
On My first visit to Minsk and Gomel all that was required was a visit to the travel agent who made all the bookings for me, flights, hotels, trains and transfers. One of the best flights is Austrian via Vienna, as all connections are easy.
The Visa from the Belarus embassy was obtained via the travel agency also.
There is a Belarus government Web site that enables a print of the documents to be obtained. www.belamb.freeserve.co.uk/anketa.doc Obviously this is their UK site but the document is the same.
Do not expect much of the Minsk hotels. The Hotel Belarus is Big clean and soulless. There is food there but a limited choice. A visit to the Opera or Ballet is well worth will and the Ladies will enjoy the culture.
Try to get your lady to order the Taxi for you and let her tell you in Russian that you will phone her from your destination. Although 99.99% of taxis are good and reliable it is an added protection. Always be totally confident when travelling!!.
I travelled to Minsk to bring my lady back to England and stayed at her parents flat. Most Russians and Belarussians are proud of what they have and keep their places nice.
A word of advice on the Ladies Visa. Make full enquiries from your own immigration service ads to what is needed, The U.K. government have a Visa site.
Take originals of documents. Phone your relevant Embassy in Russia, make the two appointments. Do not be over awed by the Civil servants. Be polite but firm. DO NOT LIE. Take letters from your bank, solicitor, employer recommending you as a upstanding fellow.
Our two visits to the British Embassy in Minsk took in total less than 15 minutes for Visa to be granted, It was a polite and efficient service.
We were able to get a flight for my lady within the day for just 4 days after the visa being granted.
Be prepared for your lady to have major culture shock for a few weeks after her arrival. Just compare you local corner shop to a full blown hypermarket, and you will understand. The Russians tend to only buy on good item that has been saved for and not have our western blasé attitude to shopping.
We are both very happy in England and the marriage will be in a few weeks. The service from your organisation is first class and I was glad to give you this recommendation.
